Young or old, rain or shine, there’s so much to keep you entertained during your time with us to ensure you have the perfect family holiday. You’ll never be short of things to keep you busy during your stay. Spend some time in our swimming pool or try some of the exciting activities we have available. The fun doesn’t stop when the sun sets, either, as we’ve got lots of evening entertainment, from bars and restaurants to stage shows, pantomimes and live music. Best of all, many of our activities are absolutely free, so there’s nothing to stop you from making the very best of your time with us.
Water facilities
Our indoor pool has had some exciting improvements made recently. As well as refurbishing the indoor swimming pool, we have also added an extension, so there is even more room to make a splash!

Our pools aren’t just a great place to go for a swim, they’re also the home of loads of fun activities to keep your kids entertained throughout your holiday. From AquaJets to pool parties, we’ve got all sorts of different ways to get some action on the water – in fact, there’s so much choice you won’t know which one to pick first!

Time to play
If you want something less sporty, we have lots of fun for you too. Try your hand (and spade!) at Sand Art. Or how about a game of crazy golf or head to the fun fair
Archery coaching
If you fancy yourself as something of a Robin Hood, our expert instructors will help you to line up an arrow, draw back your bow and take aim at the target. With a little practice and their guidance you’ll be hitting the bullseye in no time!

Relax in the great outdoors
Just watch your rosy-cheeked explorers roam free with new friends. We’ve created a safe and relaxed environment at Primrose Valley – so we don’t need lots of silly rules.
Nature Rockz – Bush Craft
If your kids fancy themselves as the next Bear Grylls, we have the perfect activities for them. From building a shelter to making a fire and finding out how to purify water, they’ll learn loads of exciting new outdoor skills!
NEW Water purification
We all take water for granted don’t we? Turn on the tap and it’s there! Well with a little help from our friendly park Ranger, you can learn the art of water purification, how to extract water, clean the water and get it ready for drinking.

Join in the fun
We’ve got loads of activities to help your kids enjoy their holiday, from rise and shine with the Seaside Squad to Pop Up Puppet Theatre Co, Experimental and much, much more. Laugh, sing, dance and play – there’s something to entertain everyone!

While you’re out and about on our parks keep an eye out for the Seaside Squad or entertainment team who will be performing short fun-filled acts packed full of laughter. You never know when they’re going to appear or what they’ll be doing, but we guarantee it’ll be something to see. These performances appear throughout the season.

Action-packed entertainment
We’ve got lots of fun things planned for you and your family from the lively sing-alongs, production shows and pantomimes plus much more! Keep an eye out for our Seaside Streetside pop-up performers, where the entire park becomes their stage.
NEW for 2018 – Festival of Anthems
Let the Theatre Company performers bring the sounds of the festivals to you with the greatest sounds of the summer keeping you rocking through the night. My Favourite Game, Viva La Vida, Castle on the Hill, Mr Brightside – hand-clapping, foot-stomping, and your best out-of-tune singing moments you’ll remember forever.

Everything tastes better by the seaside
Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack to eat on the go, preparing a delicious picnic to enjoy at the beach or settling down for a meal with your family at the end of a busy day, you have so much to choose from when you holiday with us.
Food and drink
There’s so many places to find great food and drink at Primrose Valley. From mouth-watering meals at one of our bar and restaurants to traditional seaside fish and chips and takeaways you can enjoy in the comfort of your own holiday home. We’ve also got some of your favourite names on-site, so you’re never far away from that perfect cup of coffee or an indulgent ice cream sundae.
The Lakehouse restaurant
Eat, drink, and be merry – come and join us in our restaurant where our fantastic team will guide you through the menu and make sure that you have a meal to remember. Click here to view our opening times.
Our lake at Primrose Valley is big enough for some freshwater fishing, with many types of fish including; carp and roach. Spend the afternoon by the water fishing, while the rest of the family head out on the lake in one of our bumper boats. (Rod licence required to fish).
